 Kalindikhal Trek :
Hardwar- Uttarkashi - Kalyani -Khatling- Vasuki Tal - Hardwar
(July-September, 16 Days)
Day 1 Arrival Hardwar
Check in Hotel. In the evening view Aarti at Holy River Ganges, at Har-ki-Pauri. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 2 Hardwar to Gangotri 260 Kms./ 8 Hr.
Drive to Gangotri (This sacred shrine, situated at an altitude of 3200 mt is the source of the river Bhagirathi. Check in Hotel.
Day 3 Gangotri to Bhojwasa 14 Kms Trek / 6 Hr.
After breakfast trek to Bhojwasa with packed lunch, Dinner and overnight in Camps.
Day 4 Bhojwasa to Tapovan10 Kms / 4Hr.
After breakfast trek to Tapovan (enroute visit Gaumukh) with packed lunch. Dinner and overnight in Camps.
Day 5 Tapovan - Nandanvan - Tapovan 6 Kms.
one sideAcclimatization OR Load ferry trek to Nandanvan with packed lunch. Dinner & overnight in Camps at Tapovan.
Day 6 Tapovan to Vasuki-Tal13 Kms / 7 Hr
Trek to vasuki Tal with packed lunch. Dinner and overnight in Camps.
Day 7 Vasuki Tal to Suralaya Bamak 6 Kms / 5 Hr
Trek to Suralaya Bamak ( 5456 mts) with packed lunch. Dinner & overnight in Camps.
Day 8 Suralaya Bamak to Sweta Glacier10kms / 6 Hr
After breakfast trek to Sweta Glacier ( Kalindi Base - 5500 mts). Dinner & overnight in Camps.
Day 9 Kalindi Base to Rajparv12 Kms/ 8 Hr
After breakfast cross Kalindi Pass ( 5947 mts ), then trek down to Rajparv ( 4910 mts) Dinner and overnight in Camps.
Day 10 Rajparv to Arwatal13 Kms / 7 Hr
After breakfast trek to Arwatal ( 3910 mts), with packed lunch. Dinner & overnight in Camps.
Day 11 Arwatal to Ghastoli 16 Kms / 7 Hr
Trek to Ghastoli( 3796 mts), with packed lunch. Dinner and overnight in Camps.
Day 12 Ghastoli to Badrinath16 Kms / 7 Hr
Trek to Badrinath via Mana Village with packed lunch. Dinner and overnight in SKYLARK CAMP RESORT.
Day 13 Badrinath -
Visit Badrinath Temple. In the evening Camp-fire from "Skylark". Dinner and overnight in Resort.
Day 14 Badrinath to Hardwar320 Kms/ 9 Hr
After early breakfast drive to Hardwar via Rudraprayag, Devprayag. Check in Hotel at Hardwar.
PLEASE NOTE : For this trek you need to be an experienced trekker, You are requested to apply at least one and a half months in advance, so that necessary permissions and clearances can be obtained from the govt. authorities. A special tariff applies to this trek.
